Complaint Under Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, 1117, and 2340A, as Defined in Section 2340

Plaintiff maintains that Defendant's employees violated his civil rights as stated above while in his workplace. Specifically: http://www.robkettenburg.net/walmart13.html AND http://www.robkettenburg.net/walmart15.html AND http://www.robkettenburg.net/walmart16.html AND http://robkettenburg.net/walmart17.html

Furthermore, Appellant formally charges the owner of Dominos/Triple Crown Pizza, Tom Reynolds, at 9409 Westport Road, Louisville, Kentucky, who drives a black Nissan/Infinity SUV with tint, and his manager, Jeff Mouser, who drives a blue Honda Civic 2 door with Kentucky plate 758FNP with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340.

A recent US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruling clearly states that employers are responsible for their employees' actions. (See law.com) Therefore, Triple Crown Pizza is responsible for the above listed Title 18 US Code violations.

Plaintiff is asking this Court for $50,000.00 compensation: $10,000.00 per civil rights violation.
