COMPLAINT Under Title 18 of The U.S. Civil Statue Code, Part I, Chapter
13, Section 241: Conspiracy Against Rights, Section 242: Deprivation of Rights
Under Color of Law, Section 373: Solicitation to Commit a Crime of Violence,
Section 2340A: Torture, as defined in Section 2340, Section 1117: Conspiracy to
Murder, and Section 1113: Attempt to Commit Murder or Manslaughter.
This action is brought in pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §
1331.
Plaintiff Robert Christopher Kettenburg Pro Se
formally charges the following individuals with the following Title 18 US Code
Violations:
If you would like to meet a real live Dinosaur in the tradition of Charles Dickson from Louisville, his name is 'Dave' and he's a manager at Donatos on 10th and Indiana in downtown Indianapolis. Not only is Dave a Dinosaur, he is also an undercover racist white IMPD cop who likes to gang bang America's veterans (just like Charles Dickson, who was beaten to death). I'm predicting a similar fate for Dinosaur Dave. Also over at the 10th and Indiana Donatos is 'Adam,' who used to work with me at the 106th and Michigan Donatos in Hamilton County, Indiana, which was recently shut down. Adam used to brag about how his dad worked for the FBI. Every time the temperature outside fell below freezing, the pupils in Adam's eyes would revert to verticle slits. Adam has blonde hair, blue eyes, and drives a white Chevy Cavalier.
#1) Donatos store manager Shannon Adams,
Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, 1117, 1113, and 2340A as
defined in Section 2340. Shannon Adams is an ACTUAL UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter
Intelligence Agent REPTILE who REPEATEDLY carries out acts of
violence made to look like an accident in the form of car wrecks,
handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, sexually
harasses and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not
committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s racist
all-white police force for political and retention purposes plus money. She
drives a grey Nissan Versa 4 door with Indiana plate 735LBE and her phone
number is (317) 413-8977. Shannon hires people (mostly her relatives)
specifically for the purpose of helping her GANG-BANG America’s Veterans for
political and retention purposes. Say Shannon, do you think there’s a link
between my civil rights and the 5 car wrecks you’ve been in over the last 20
months I’ve worked there??? By the way, it’s Shannon’s intention of having her
boyfriend and/or son pick a fight with me after this is published as she knows
its coming.
#2) Donatos assistant store manager Molly
Borneman ,phone number (317) 966-6861, is an UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter
Intelligence Agent VAMPIRE LESBIAN who carries out acts of violence made
to look like an accident in the form of car wrecks with the help of Whitestown,
Indiana racist white alchoholic cop Jeremy Fargo, handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates
the prison environment/steals from, POISONS and spreads lies against
Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not committed any crimes on behalf of
the CIA, the gay community, The University of Louisville, and Hamilton County,
Indiana’s racist all-white police force for political and retention purposes
plus COCAINE. She drives a red Volvo 4 door with Indiana plate TZ958.
There are lots of military stickers on her car, NONE of which are hers. She
also drives a blue 4 door Ford Explorer SUV with Indiana plate 118MCR. If you
investigate, you’ll find she’s been communicating with the University of
Louisville’s English department and psychology professor Dr. Sandra “The Slut”
Graves and that she poisoned me on their behalf. If you take a look at the
hidden video of the store parking lot in the first few months Plaintiff worked
there, you’ll find Molly doing cocaine in the parking lot with her CIA buddies.
You’ll also find Molly ducking down below the windshield and drinking hard
liquor while she’s on the clock on a regular basis. Not only does she STEAL
from Plaintiff, they talk about it on CSI: Miami. Apparently someone switched
Molly’s HERPES medication right after she stole from Plaintiff. I also
understand that another CIA lesbian by the name of Sheri Arconti, who worked
with Plaintiff at Pizza Hut back in 1991 in Louisville, Kentucky and was in the
“business” of gang-banging America’s veterans had to leave town and change her
name after Plaintiff filed a complaint against her and posted it onto the
internet. It turns out Ms. Arconti taught English at the University of
Louisville and decided to change her name and re-enroll in college in Virginia.
I also understand that shortly after Ms. Arconti did this, someone cut her head
off on campus and it was all over the news. Ms. Borneman is WELL AWARE of this
and decided to gang-bang me anyways as she’s a hard-core vampire lesbian. I
predict a similar fate awaits Ms. Borneman. Plaintiff charges Ms. Borneman with
Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, 1117, 1113, and 2340A as
defined in Section 2340.
#3) Tiffany Stone, who drives a red Pontiac
Montana minivan with Indiana plate 899YCX, is an UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter
Intelligence Agent VAMPIRE LESBIAN who carries out acts of violence made
to look like an accident in the form of car wrecks with the help of Whitestown,
Indiana racist white alchoholic cop Jeremy Fargo,
handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, POISONS
and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not committed
any crimes on behalf of the CIA, the gay community, and Hamilton County,

#4) Shift manager Justin Brandt, who drives a
gray 4 door Ford Focus with Indiana plate TO5495, is an UNDERCOVER Counter
Intelligence Agent CLOSET HOMOSEXUAL from Boston who handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates
the prison environment/steals from, makes unwelcome sexual advances, POISONS
and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not committed
any crimes on behalf of the CIA, the gay community, and Hamilton County,
Indiana’s racist all-white police force for political and retention purposes
plus COCAINE. I understand that after he stole about $100.00 from me,
someone switched Justin’s HERPES medication and that they were actually
talking about it on CSI: Miami. Not only does Justin STEAL from
America’s Veterans, Justin is also a CONVICTED CREDIT CARD THIEF. He
steals customer’s credit card numbers when they order pizza from Donatos and
charges stuff on them. And yet for some reason, HE’S STILL WORKING THERE!

#5) Ryan Begala, who drives a green 2 door
Chevy Cavalier with a temporary tag, (and is Justin’s gay lover) is an
UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent CLOSET HOMOSEXUAL from
Texas who handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, POISONS
and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not committed
any crimes on behalf of the CIA, the gay community, and Hamilton County,
Indiana’s racist all-white police force for political and retention purposes

#6) Chelsea Brooks, (store manager Shannon
Adam’s daughter-in-law) who drives a blue Toyota Corolla 4 door with Indiana
plate 656ZYX, is an ACTUAL UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent VAMPIRE
who handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, and
spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not committed any
crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s racist all-white

#7) Ryan Barton’s name is rescinded as he was
set up by undercover Indianapolis cop Matt Williams!
#8) Mark Holtzlander, who drives a beige 4
door Toyota Camry (Does that car sound familiar to any of my ten million plus
regular readers’ of my home page?) is a HARD-CORE RACIST who
handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, picks fights
with, and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not
committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s racist
all-white police force for political and retention purposes plus money.

242, and 2340A as defined in Section 2340. He is from South Bend, Indiana.
#9) Michael “Mick” Milakovic, who drives a
green Plymouth Voyager with Indiana plate 969AZN,
handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, picks fights
with, and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not
committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s racist

#10) Caitlyn “Katie” Sanders, who drives the

wrecks, handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, and
spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not committed any
crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s racist all-white
police force for political and retention purposes plus COCAINE.

#11) Former employee Adam Sheppard, who REPEATEDLY
handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals from, picks fights
with, and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not
committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA and the Israeli government. Plaintiff
charges Mr. Sheppard with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373,
1117, 1113, and 2340A as defined in Section 2340.
#12) Matthew “Matt”
Williams, handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the prison environment/steals
from, and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged soldiers who have not
committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s racist
all-white police force for money. Plaintiff charges Mr. Wlliams with Title 18
of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, and 2340A as defined in Section 2340.

North up Michigan Road from downtown Indianapolis, turn left onto 86th
street and then make you’re first left onto Payne Road. About half a mile down
on the right is Braddock Lane. Turn right into Braddock and go all the way to
the end – last street on the right, ‘Woodall’ turn right, go all the way back,
and you’ll see Matt’s red Saturn with Indiana plate 561AEH parked out back.
#13) John Jervis, who drives a gray 4 door
Nissan Ultima with Indiana plate OK1098, is an ACTUAL UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter
Intelligence Agent DRUG RUNNER, that handicaps/gang-bangs/recreates the
prison environment/steals from, and spreads lies against Honorably Discharged
soldiers who have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton
County, Indiana’s racist all-white police force for political and retention
purposes plus COCAINE. He also sells cocaine and heroin to Donato’s
employees. If the Court’s want to know who he’s selling cocaine and heroin to,

#14) Donatos customer Mr. Billman (317) 517-6932 who
lives at 14901 Little Eagle Creek in Hamilton County, Indiana which is right
off of 141st Street between West and Michigan roads is an UNDERCOVER
JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who likes to spread lies and pick fights
with America’s veterans on behalf of the CIA and Hamilton County, Indiana’s
racist all-white police force in exchange for money to support the alchoholic
monkey on his back. Plaintiff charges Mr. Billman with Title 18 of the US Code,
Sections 241, 242, 373, and 2340A as defined in Section 2340.
#15) Donatos customer Mrs. Leek (615) 268-4533 who
lives at 3704 Ontario Circle, Indianapolis, IN carries out acts of violence
against America’s veterans. Plaintiff charges her with Title 18 of the US Code,
Sections 373 and 242.
#16) The Donatos customers who live at 10777 Crooked
Stick in Carmel, Indiana (off 106th street between Towne and Ditch
Roads) are UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agents that carry out acts of
violence in the form of car wrecks against plaintiff made to look like an
accident. Plaintiff charges the people who live there with Title 18 of the US
Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, 1117, 1113, and 2340A as defined in Section 2340
Plaintiff wants to THANK The Courts for
everything they’ve done for him. You would think after Plaintiff worked at Papa
John’s Pizza for over a year in Jeffersonville, Indiana only to have his civil
rights violated on a daily basis, then sit back and watch while someone placed
a bomb in his manager’s car and blew then manager Lisa Thompson to pieces after
he filed a complaint against them – THEN MADE AN EPISODE OF CSI Miami about
it, that all of the above listed IDIOTS working for the CIA and law
enforcement would know by now not to violate my civil rights! I also understand
former Dominos Jeffersonville, Indiana manager Charles Dickson is no longer
among the living after being burned down after he followed me to Indianapolis.
If you’re wondering who he is, try asking Will Farrell or Brittney Spears.
Plaintiff’s former Pizza Hut manager from Louisville Sheri Arconti was DECAPITATED
in Virginia after Plaintiff filed a complaint against her. I also
understand that Plaintiff’s landlord in New York (2002-2005) one Emilio
Passucci, was given a great deal of money for violating Plaintiff’s civil
rights on a daily basis (just like all the IDIOTS listed above) and
decided to take a vacation after the fact in sunny Las Vegas (while Plaintiff’s
litigation against Emilio was pending). While he was there, someone placed a
bomb in the trunk of Emilio’s car and blew Emilio to a million pieces. It was
on the front page of the Las Vegas Sun. Shortly after words, there was this
episode of CSI on tv in which this character by the name of Emilio was
vacationing in Las Vegas and while he was there, someone placed a bomb in his
car and blew Emilio to a million pieces. Shortly after this aired on tv, the
actual actors from this episode of CSI showed up at Plaintiff’s dwelling in New
York with the police after one of Plaintiff’s neighbors called the police on
him for playing his music too loud (Plaintiff is partially deaf). In
conclusion, they talk about Plaintiff’s Court cases and Motions to The Courts
on CSI, CSI: Miami, and CSI: New York ON A REGULAR BASIS as The Courts
and everyone who visits my home page (www.robkettenburg.net)
and watches those shows is WELL AWARE. It’s not like the IDIOTS
listed above weren’t warned…
A recent US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
ruling clearly states that employers are responsible for their employees’
actions (see: law.com). Therefore, Donatos Pizza is legally responsible for the
above listed civil rights violations. Due to the heinous nature of these crimes
committed against Plaintiff, Plaintiff is asking The Court to award him one
million dollars.
