Appellant formally charges his property manager at 459 Hartford Avenue #120, Los Angeles, CA 90017 Jeff Fogle, his boss Christian Maxwell and the new resident in apartment #512 who likes to bang on Appellant's walls VERY LOUDLY between 4AM - 4:20AM on November 27, 2025 with the following Title 18 U.S. Code Violations:
Sec. 241 - Conspiracy against rights
Sec. 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
Sec. 247 - Damage to religious property; obstruction of persons in the free exercise of religious beliefs
Sec. 1117 - Conspiracy to murder
Sec. 2236 - Searches without warrant
Sec. 373 - Solicitation to commit a crime of violence
Sec. 2340A - Torture as defined in Section 2340
Property manager Jeff Fogle sits in his office (second door on the right when you walk into the main entrance of 459 Hartford Aveneue in Los Angeles) and stares at video feeds of all the dozens of cameras in this building and every time Appellant leaves, Jeff Fogle signals to his alphabet agency IDIOT buddies to stalk and carry out the above Title 18 U.S. Code Violations against Appellant.
Furthermore, Appellant formally charges his neighbor Christopher Lee Denton in unit #613 just above Appellant with Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Sections 241, 242, 247 and 2340A as defined in Section 2340.
