Appellant formally charges Gina Smith, who is a student at Charlestown, Indiana High School and drives a blue Ford Contour with Indiana plate WJ736 with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 247, 1117, 373, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340. She poisoned me when we worked at the Papa Johns restaurant in Charlestown, Indiana recently, and threatened to have her brothers pick a fight with me if I said anything. Gina is an UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who poisons honorably discharged soldiers that have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA for retention purposes and money. Another teenage female employee, Lauryn Isaac, who drives a black Nissan Maxima (502)594-5347 is an UNDERCOVER COP/JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who violates the civil rights of honorably discharged soldiers that have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA for retention purposes and money. Appellant charges her with Title 18 of the US Code, Section 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in section 2340. Other employees at this same location, Doug Clayton, solicits people to commit acts of violence against honorably discharged soldiers who have not committed any crimes for DRUG$, that is, when he's not cheating on his girlfriend 'Misty' with underage employee Gina Smith. Another employee at this same location, Willis Shelton, who drives a red Plymouth Sundance with Indiana plate WI9957, is an UNDERCOVER COP/JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who tortures and steals from honorably discharged soldiers that have not committed any crimes for cocaine. Appellant charges him with Title 18 of the US Code, sections 241, 242, and 2340A. Another employee at this same location Jose Miguel Pacheo is an UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who solicits people to commit acts of violence against honorably discharged soldiers that have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA for retention purposes and DRUG$. Another employee at this same location, Floyd Bussey, is an undercover cop/Counter Intelligence Agent who tracks, tortures, steals from, and solicits people to commit acts of violence against honorably discharged soldiers on behalf of law enforcement/the CIA for retention purposes. The brother of the owner of said restaurtant, Joey Ritchie, is an UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent/REPTILE who tracks, tortures, spreads lies, steals from, and solicits people to commit acts of violence against honorably discharged soldiers that have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA for cocaine. Appellant charges Joey the Reptile with Title 18 of the US Code, sections 241, 242, 247, 373, and 2340A, as defined in section 2340. Furthermore, Appellant charges the individuals in the 1800 block of Village Green Blvd., Jeffersonville, Indiana who drive a blue Honda Civic DX 2 door with Indiana plate MN4980 (this person is a CLONE of Shawn Lawton who works for the Wal-Mart in Lockport, New York), and his bend-over buddies that drive a red Nissan 4X4 SUV with Indiana plate gr8476, a black Cadillac with Indiana plate MN4725, a black and blue Chevy truck with Indiana plate 593603, and a white Oldsmobile 4 door with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in section 2340. They are the children of the CIA. And finally, Appellant formally charges the person who is in charge of the CIA, Air Force General Michael "Big Head" Hayden, with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 247, 1117, 373, and 2340A, as defined in section 2340. He uses his employees and their children to carry out these violations against me on behalf of the CIA for retention purposes and DRUG$, in the hopes that I am actually stupid enough to go back into the US military so they can send me overseas, kill me, and make it look like an accident.
