MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE

Appellant formally charges the African American UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent female who lives in the back of the house on the first floor whose apartment window is directly below Appellant's, with Title 18 of the US Code, sections 241, 242, 247, 2236, 373, and 2340A, as defined in section 2340. She LOVES to bang on her ceiling, directly below where Appellant unsuccessfully tries to sleep every night, usually an hour or two after Appellant goes to sleep - which is illegal since she's disturbing the peace after 11PM. She has also keyed Appellant's car. See for yourself.
