Appellant formally charges Indianapolis city cop Kenneth Greer (car #229) who is actually the racist white alchoholic cop UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent REPTILE by the name of Ventimeglia at 24034 Manila Avenue, Mount Clemens, Michigan 48045 (the uncle of russell, dean, sheri, and paula) with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 2340A, as defined in section 2340. When you investigate, you'll find officer Greer is actually an UNDERCOVER JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who tracks, tortures, and harrasses Honorably Discharged Soldiers that have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA for political & retention purposes plus COCAINE & ALCOHOL.
