Defendant,
Robert Christopher Kettenburg, would like to bring the following Title 18 US
Code Violations to this Court’s attention: Jennifer Lipton, the current
resident of 6489 Dysinger Road #7, Lockport, New York, which is the plaintiff’s
prior residence, has been banging on the defendant’s ceiling almost non-stop
since she took possession of said apartment. This would include 6AM this
morning as well as almost all day today, yesterday, and the day before.
Therefore, defendant would like to formally charge her with Title 18 of the US
Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340. Defendant is
certain that Billy Baxley of 6489 Dysinger Road #4, Lockport, New York, is also
guilty of these same offenses, so defendant would like to also formally charge
him with the very same Title 18 US Code violations as Jennifer Lipton.
Defendant’s
