Robert Christopher Kettenburg, would like to bring the following Title 18 US
Code Violations to this Court’s attention: Right after landlord Mr. Hong’s
employee, Billy Baxley, who lives at 6489 Dysinger Road #4, Lockport, New York,
handed me an eviction notice, his sidekicks Mr. Lebron (apartment #11) and
unidentified black male friend made ANOTHER death threat towards me: just a few
minutes ago. Just now I opened my door and I heard Jennifer Lipton of apartment
#8, directly above me, open her door and run out into her hallway. I then heard
her at Billy Baxley’s door (apartment #4, diagonally across from me) saying “C’mon
hurry up, he’s out!” Mr. Lebron and black male friend then emerged from Billy
Baxley’s apartment and went outside, looking for me. I heard the unidentified
black male say: “Where is he? I’ can’t find him!” Therefore, in addition to all
the other charges defendant has leveled, he would like to formally charge
Jennifer Lipton, 6489 Dysinger Road #7, Lockport, New York, with Title 18 of
the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 1117, 373, and 2340A, as defined in Section
2340.
