Robert Christopher Kettenburg, would like to bring the following Title 18 US
Code Violations to this Court’s attention: Jennifer Upton and the two male
occupants of the apartment directly above mine (#7) have been banging on my
ceiling very loudly, repeatedly since 11PM tonight. I believe the men drive a
white Chevy Blazer SUV with New York plate DHD1732 and a blue Chevy Cavalier
with New York plate CLC6589. I would like to formally charge them with Title 18
of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340.
