Code Violations to this Court’s attention: Jennifer Upton and her daughter (#7)
have been banging on my ceiling very loudly, repeatedly since 6AM this morning.
I would like to formally charge them with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections
241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340. She drives a gray Lincoln Town
Car with NY plate DLL5012.
