Appellant, Robert Christopher Kettenburg, would like to

#7) Julie Hubbard (aka Julie Kettenburg, aka Julie Dunn, aka "Crackhead Julie"), 915 Allen Road, Brandenburg, Kentucky 40108 - (270) 828-2827. Growing up in the same home with my step-sister Julie for 11 years I frequently had to endure her Wail of "I'M READY!" every day, signalling to her mother that it was time for her to wipe Julie's butt. All of the kids in Julie's elementary school in Mount Clemens, Michigan, used to make fun of her as she didn't know how to wipe herself until the second grade (She had to have a teacher do it for her.) I made the mistake of letting Julie and her first husband, Roger Dunn, move into my house after I graduated from college the first time, while I moved out to LA for work. They assured me they'd make all the mortgage payments, switch the utilities into their name, and NOT let their dalmation into my home as the front & back yards were both fenced in and there's a shed attached to the back of the home. Not only did they NOT switch the utilities into their name, they ran them up in my name to over $1,000.00, they let their dog into my home, who subsequently knocked holes in my walls and tore the face plate off my brand new $400.00 GE window AC unit, turning it into garbage. They lived there for 7 months and only made the first 3 payments, all the while lying to me saying it was all paid up. Julie has been thrown in jail repeatedly for bouncing checks all over Kentuckiana, so I can only assume that she used my rent money to feed the crack/cocaine monkey on her back as the bank repossessed my home after they failed to make the last 4 payments. Right now I'd say Julie ways about 400 pounds - and she's 5'6". Couldn't help but notice Julie was at an auto parts store right down the street from my home when I lived in Michigan in 1999. Why is that Julie? Would it be because you make up lies about innocent soldiers so you can make money off them to feed the crack monkey on your back???

with New York plate CEW9570. Conspires against honorably discharged soldiers
that have not committed any crimes.
#11) Betty Jane Gaydos, 6594
Dysinger Road #18, Lockport, New York 14094, drives a white Chevy Blazer with
NY plate AXX9984. She LOVES to pound on the wall connecting our apartment with
her fists as hard as she can in the middle of almost every night, preventing me
from reaching deep sleep. Tortures honorably discharged veterans who haven’t
committed any crimes.
#12) Names unknown, lives at
6596 Dysinger Road #15, Lockport, New York and drives a silver Saturn with NY
plate AUF3709. Him and his buddy, who drives a blue Chevy Berretta (NY Plate
GA707R) attempt to murder soldiers who haven't committed any crimes and they
also damage soldiers' vehicles on behalf of our government. He tried to run me
over. They recently moved - but the people who took their place seem to be
picking up right where the prior tenants left off...

58745JG - goes by the name of "Steve." Like to break and enter into
the apartment below mine (#9) in the middle of the night and pound on the
ceiling, preventing me from reaching deep sleep - Tortures honorably discharged

Passucci, and their son, 38 St. David's Drive, West Seneca, New York 14224 -
(716) 675-5277. They own Applewood Apartments (6594-6600 Dysinger Road,
Lockport, New York 14094) and they torture, violate the civil rights of soldiers,
break and enter into our apartments when we're not home, conduct illegal search
and seizures, and solicit people to commit acts of violence against honorably
discharged soldiers who haven't committed any crimes on behalf of the FBI and
The Courts in exchnage for money to support their cocaine habit. They also
spread incredibly vicious lies about soldiers who haven't committed any crimes.
I was wondering if someone could tell me WHY Emilio Passucci was in my
workplace when I lived in Detroit in 1999 and why he tried to injure me? Since
Emilio and his buddies don't seem to have a problem with GOING AFTER soldiers'
wives and kids, perhaps we should do the same?

door to my apartment in the middle of the night, preventing me from reaching

crimes.
#17) Dave Armbuster (Not his
real name), 6594 Dysinger Road #15, Lockport, New York, 2001-2002. Why was Dave
in my Political Science class at The University of Louisville in 1994 and now
living next to me in Lockport, New York? Gee, it wouldn’t be because he Tracks
and Tortures honorably discharged veterans who haven’t committed any crimes on
behalf of the gay community would it?
#18) Lou Morrelli,
maintenance man for Applewood Apartments, 6594-6600 Dysinger Road, Lockport,
New York 14094. Drives a red Ford dump truck with New York license plate
10989JF. Damages soldiers' vehicles with his truck and spreads lies about
soldiers who haven't committed any crimes, that is, when he's not having sex
with the wives & girlfriends of the tenants of Applewood Apartments while
their husbands & boyfriends are at work. He’s also a coke head.

workplace at Domino’s Pizza in St.Mathews/Louisville, Kentucky, when I was a

wives and girlfriends of innocent soldiers. He lived in the carriage house
behind me when I was a graduate student at The University of Louisville and I
was wondering if someone could tell me why he was standing behind me at the Rush
Concert in Dayton, Ohio on their Test for Echo Tour at Wright State Arena in
1997 – and again, sitting behind me when I went to take the LSAT at Louisville,
pointing at me as the tests were being handed out. It wasn’t so you could keep
me out of law school was it Josh?

truck and harrass me. Then when I moved to Michigan in 1999, Paul was my
substitute mail carrier. Then when I moved back home to Lockport, New York, in
2001, Paul moved into the apartment right next to mine - #18. Paul likes to
conspire against honorably discharged soldiers who haven't committed any crimes
on behalf of the homosexual community in exchange for money to support his
cocaine habit.
#34) DC SNIPER CASE UPDATE!
The person shot outside the DC Ponderosa REAL NAME is Craig Gosselin - FBI
COKEHEAD! He was thrown out of the Army for being overweight and managed to
land a job in law enforcement where he GOES AFTER Army guys that haven't
committed any crimes in exchange for money to support his cocaine habbit on
behalf of the FBI! He violates the civil rights of soldiers, conspires against
us, steals from us, and spreads lies about soldiers who haven't committed any

just a COINCIDENCE that all of the DC Sniper's victims were undercover FBI

back injury and he intentionally injured my kneck.

#40) When I was a full time
undergraduate at the University of Louisville, I also worked over the summer at
Commonwealth Dodge (1989). There was an undercover cop posing as a salesman
there who had the crap kicked out of my boss in front of everyone just because
my boss, Gary Diehlman, wanted to promote me into management. I forget his
name, but you could just imagine my surprise 14 years later when I see him
again in a New York State cop uniform standing in front of their post at the
corner of Dysinger and Beattie Avenue in (south) Lockport, New York. He stands
5’ 8” is slightly overweight and has brown hair and a mustache. Also, another
salesman by the name of George Cook steals from and conspires against innocent
veterans in exchange for money to support his cocaine habit.
I have spent a great deal of
time thinking about this next sentence, so I do not say it lightly. Believe it
or not, the whole purpose behind sticking microchips with GPS in soldiers
released from active duty is RETENTION. They use the GPS technology to recreate
the prison environment making our lives so incredibly bad (violating our civil
rights 24/7 non-stop, not to mention making it impossible to get promoted into
management or make any REAL money) that we’re supposed to go crawling back to
the military. Who else is capable of pulling such a feat off?
#41) I then left
Commonwealth Dodge for their competition right around the corner, Preston
Highway Chrysler/Plymouth. Using a mailing list of previous customers’
addresses, I mailed out hundreds of flyers to potential customers. The next day
I was let go by the assistant manager, who is actually an undercover FBI
cokehead by the name of George Moore because “they needed to reduce the number
of employees to save money and I was low man on the totem pole.” And the next
day 7 people bought cars with my flyers, according to my former co-workers. So
you can just imagine my surprise when I took my story to the Lockport Union Sun
and Journal in 2001 only to be followed into the building and asked to leave
and never come back by none other than George Moore. And they wonder why I’m
posting this all over the internet…
#42) Mrs. Daugherty, my
1983-84 high school guidance counselor, Jeffersontown High School, Louisville,
Kentucky, who retired from that same school in 1985/86. OK, so now I go across
town to Star Ford at Oxmoor. Many of the employees there at that time were
making around $100,000.00 a year, or more, so I felt like I had a decent chance
of providing for my wife and our son better than ever before. You have to
understand growing up in Detroit that cars were my passion and I’m one of those
guys who can tell you every little thing about almost any auto made due to the
large number of auto magazines I read at that time (12 subscriptions I
believe). During the one-week training class, Mrs. Daugherty shows up as a bank
rep with a speech to all the employees. Before my 1 week of training is up, I’m
let go again because I “took too long on a demo drive..” Noticed Mrs. Daugherty
was working at PNC bank, which was my bank at that time. PNC used to harass me
for my car payments before they were even due. So now I’m out delivering pizzas
in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and sure enough, Mrs. Daugherty is my customer! And
sure enough I’m let go for driving 5 m.p.h. over the speed limit shortly
thereafter. So I graduate from college, move out to Los Angeles and become
heavily involved with religion and metaphysics. I decide to attend church at
The Temple of the People in Halcyon, California, and guess who the church’s
director was? Why, it’s Mrs. Daugherty, my high school guidance counselor! Once
again, that job doesn’t last so I move back to Louisville and finish up my
Master’s degree. After I graduated again, I decide to move back to Detroit,
which is where I grew up. Now its 1999, I’m renting a condo in Sterling Heights,
Michigan, and guess who shows up in my driveway, wanting to talk to my
neighbor, Derek Parker of 43450 Fountain drive, Sterling Heights, Michigan?

On July 8th, 2002, I decided to start wearing a magnet around my
neck via dog-tag chains, hanging it right over the top of the foot long scar up
the middle of my chest, which is where I believed a microchip was implanted
into my chest by our government via an incredibly brutal act of violence made
to look like an auto “accident” on July 26th, 1988, in
Louisville,Kentucky, 8 moths after I was released from active duty by the army.
I had to have surgery to repair a ruptured spleen at University of Louisville
hospital, but the true purpose by the car wreck was to chip me for tracking
purposes – and I have committed no crimes. Indeed, 2 days earlier I wrecked my
68 Dodge Charger RT in Jeffersonville, Indiana, which was a big car leaving me
with a split-open chin. The next day I bought a 1986 Dodge Charger, a much

That
July, after I started wearing the magnet necklace, I found that I no longer set
off alarms when I walked through bar code scanners at stores or airports and
that all of the people listed in this motion were no longer capable of tracking
me. And that’s because magnets create an electromagnetic field, which inhibits
any type of satellite transmission, turning the microchip off for as long as I
wore it. A few months later in the middle of the night, a VERY LOUD clicking
sound started emanating from chest, for a couple of hours, signaling the
battery in the chip was about to die. Now I no longer wear the necklace, as the
battery in the chip is dead. Lockport, New York, Wal-Mart security then
proceeded to lo-jack my Camaro as soon as they realized what happened. But
between July 8th, 2002, and the lo-jacking of my Camaro at Wal-Mart,
I noticed that right after a trip to Depew, New York, for dinner with family,
that a train de-railed, spewing noxious chemicals that forced thousands of
people in Depew to evacuate their homes for quite some time. Immediately after
this happened, a train derailed in Lockport, New York, dumping a quarter ton of
coal onto the ground that had to be cleaned. These terrorist acts were
committed by agents of the US Federal Government against the people of New York
because they were too stupid to realize that I defeated their technology with a
$1.00 magnet. The Feds thought the people weren’t tracking and torturing me as
they had been instructed to do, so the Feds committed acts of terrorism against
the people of Depew and Lockport, New York – for failure to track and torture
honorably discharged soldiers who have not committed any crimes.

When I was an intelligence soldier stationed within the walled-in city of West
Berlin, East Germany, 110 miles behind enemy lines inside Communist East Germany,
April, 1985 – November, 1986, I worked at a highly classified top secret
installation, even the name of which is a government secret. So it goes without
saying that if I’m working in intelligence at the height of the Cold War inside
Communist East Germany, completely surrounded in every direction by 90
Divisions of Russian soldiers (over 1 million men, meaning we were outnumbered
100 to 1) for The National Security Agency and the military intelligence
company for the 4th, 5th, and 6th Battalions
of the 502nd Infantry Brigade, 101st Airborne Division,
that I’m obviously gathering intelligence on enemy forces – that’s no state
secret, I can promise you. I want the world to know what I did while I was
there and who is really behind all of this. For starters, I worked on a seven
person team that gathered intelligence on Soviet Special Forces, commonly
referred to as “Spetznas” in the media, but they’re actually called, and refer
to themselves as “Special Purpose Reconnaissance Groups” (SPRiGs). It was a
difficult job that I loved and it didn’t take me too long to completely figure
them out. After about 6 months on the job, I was gathering more hot
intelligence on the SPRiGs than all of the people on my team combined, almost
every single day. Something like 65% of Team 2’s Intelligence came from 1
person: me. Like most of the truths in this document, you won’t find the
following in any history book. In the months of February-March, 1986, I single
handedly uncovered a massive Warsaw Pact/Soviet exercise, with no outside help,
all by myself, (The equipment we had to help us do our jobs just happened to be
broken on this day.) which turned out to by an invasion force. Before you knew
it, we had Warsaw Pact troops standing on Allied soil. In the middle of the
night, the Germans woke up 10,000 Polizei (combination German soldier/cop) and
made them stand with no weapons and stare at their Soviet invaders as they
stood on Allied soil. They eventually withdrew, but had I not been there, the
missles could’ve easily started flying, and we would all be dead right now,
wouldn’t we? In March of 1986, two Libyan cowards walked into Berlin’s La
Belle’s Discoteque, a well known American GI hang-out, with a briefcase
containing a bomb, had a beer, and then left without the briefcase. My next
door neighbor just happened to be in La Belle’s Discoteque that night – and his
best friend was standing right next to that briefcase when it went off. It blew
his legs off with such force that one of them actually flew across La Belle’s
Discoteque and hit my next door neighbor in the back of the head with such
force, that he immediately went into a coma. His ears blead for 3 days straight
and then he died. I would like to state for the record that I, Robert
Christopher Kettenburg, am the person who correctly identified the middle
eastern men as Libyans less than 1 hour after the bombing took place, killing 3
and injuring over 200. I immediately turned the intelligence over to my
intelligence analyst, Denise Dustin, who is from Scranton, Pennsylvania, who
I’m sure notified her supervisor. The very next day, acting solely on the
intelligence that I provided, President Ronald Reagan ordered Air Force jets to
fly out of England, around France, and drop bombs on the cities of Tripoli and
Benghazi, Libya, killing Quaddafi’s son. Had I not correctly identified the
terrorists as Libyans, war could’ve very easily broken out between the
Communist East and the west over this incident, leading to a “Sum of All Fears”
scenario. Nobody but me and Denise, and her boss, knew who set off the bomb in
La Belle’s discoteque until after Reagan bombed Libya. I used to go out every
Friday or Saturday night wearing a black and white Tiger striped shirt with a
red tongued, yellow eyed, tiger on the front of it – I still have it. I would
walk right out of Andrews Barracks, in front of all the Rangers wearing this
shirt like once a week. So you can just imagine my surprise when I saw the
movie “Black Hawk Down,” (a movie about Army Rangers in Somolia) as there’s
this scene of a guy wearing a tiger striped shirt just like mine standing right
outside a bar, when these middle eastern looking men walk in with a briefcase,
then walk out shortly afterwards without the briefcase - then the bar explodes.
Since the guy wearing the tiger shirt was standing right outside the bar with a
hidden microphone at the time of the blast, he correctly identified the
middle-eastern men. By the way, I also gave a first-person up-close report of
the Nuclear disaster in Chernobyl when I worked for NSA the day after it
happened, which was the ONLY intelligence our government had at that time.
Now
you would think after all this, I would’ve been the most celebrated soldier of
the 1980s! But it was not to be… It turns out the main reason all these people
are trying to kill me is because my co-workers STOLE my intelligence before it
was transmitted to The National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland,
switching my ID to theirs. So, they’re wearing my medals and promotions, all of
which were stolen from me. John Schuller, who I saw hanging out with #12 listed
above, tried to run me over. He was a co-worker. I’ll bet his wife Laura, now
probably divorced, also a co-worker, will back me. Also, my intelligence
analyst listed above, Denise Dustin, and our direction finding team of SGT’s
Keith Carpenter who is from the Seattle area, and Terry White, who is from
Brooklyn. Why was my co-worker SGT Raymond K. Butler in the vehicle that hit me
and ruptured my spleen 7 months after I was released from active duty, chipping
me and making me a federal prisoner for 15 years – and I have committed no
crimes nor ever been arrested: zero due process. Other co-workers include
Michael McClure (pronounced Mac-a-lear), who is from Northern Virginia and
listed above; Dave Johnson, who is from Pennsylvania; Amy Howard, who is from
North Carolina; John Compton (JC*), who is from Los Angeles, and SFC Lawrence
B. Harvey Jr., our NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge). I’m not saying
all these people are guilty (perhaps they are?), but I will say at least some
of them are walking around wearing my medals and promotions. Falsifying NSA
reports is a federal offense, the last time I checked…

My very first semester of School at The University of Louisville, I wrote what
I consider to be the best thing I’ve ever written, for a creative writing class
taught by Nancy Taylor in the Spring of 1988. Everybody in the class thought it
was fantastic and encouraged me to have me short story published. I wrote a
second half to the story and submitted it to the teacher as part of my final
exam. I then saved the story on disc for a later date. A few years go by and I
realize that the story has been erased from the discs I saved it on and there’s
this movie out called “One True Love” starring Terry Farrell (from Star Trek:
Deep Space Nine) and David Hasslehoff (from Baywatch and Night Rider), the
story of which, reads almost word for word from the story I submitted to my
creative writing teacher – and the rest of the class for critique, in the
Spring of 1988. On July 26th, 1988, I was taken to The University of
Louisville hospital for a car “accident” at the corner of Lydia street and
Eastern Parkway (Why wasn’t I taken to Humana Hospital Audoban, right around
the corner at Poplar Level and Eastern Parkway?) whereupon the surgeons
unknowingly placed a microchip in my chest, making me a federal prisoner for
15+ years. My ONLY mistake was that I enlisted in the Army, and I know they’re
trying real hard to get me back in, but they must be high if they think I’m
going back, considering what they’ve done to me. And to this day, nobody has
ever told me how or why, or confronted me, or even told me what the codes read
when scanned by bar-code scanners. It must be very bad as people try to kill me
every time I walk out of my dwelling, not to mention dump trash all over my
name and reputation and point at me everywhere I go. I surmise they are trying
to make me kill myself in an attempt to cover up what they just did to me.
