MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
The purpose of this Motion for Waiver of Service is
to bring the following info to this Court’s attention: At approximately 12:30AM
this morning, the person who lives in the apartment directly below mine,
Tiffany Hale (who drives a white 4 door Oldsmobile with NY plate DDY2786)
banged on her ceiling directly below my bedroom very loudly, waking me and
prohibiting me from falling back asleep. She has done this now 3 nights in a
row, always 2 hours after I turn off my tv and fall asleep. I would like to
formally charge her with harassment and disturbing the peace.
