MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
The purpose of this Motion for Waiver of Service is
to bring the following info to this Court’s attention: Every morning around
6AM, and when she gets home from work, the woman who lives in the apartment
directly below mine (#12) bangs on her ceiling/my floorboard very loudly twice.
I believe her name is Ms. Hale and she drives a white 4 door Oldsmobile with NY
plate DDY2786. Therefore, I would like to formally charge her with Title 18 of
the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340.
