MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
The purpose of this Motion for Waiver of Service is
to bring the following info to this Court’s attention: At approximately 4:30AM
this morning, the person who lives in the apartment directly below mine,
Tiffany Hale (who drives a white 4 door Oldsmobile with NY plate DDY2786)
banged on her ceiling directly below my bedroom twice very loudly, waking me
and prohibiting me from falling back asleep. Again, I formally charge her with
Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section
2340.
