MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
Appellant formally charges the black male who works at the KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) on Westport Road (between Goose Creek and Hurtsbourne Parkway) in Louisville, Kentucky, who was standing outside behind said store last night night (Wednesday, October 10, 2007) talking on his cell phone at approximately 10PM, and his accomplices who drive a red Honda Prelude with Kentucky plate 036CEC and a white 4 door Volvo (license plate unknown) parked in front of the Wendy's restaurant next door to KFC between 8-8:30PM last night (Wednesday, 10OCT07) with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 373, 1113, and 1117. If you investigate, you'll find these people are doing this on behalf of the CIA. Appellant wished to congratulate the CIA on turning blacks in Louisville against him. Appellant predicts MORE undercover CIA agents will be shot, blown up, and beaten to death in the near future...
