MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
The purpose of this Motion is to let This Court know that Appellant's co-worker, James Mathews, who drives a red Ford Contour with Kentucky plate 326CEC, poisoned him in his workplace at 9409 Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky on Friday night, 16NOV07. Therefore, Appellant formally charges him with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340.
