MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
The purpose of this Motion is to let This Court know that Appellant's co-worker Chris Taylor, who works for Dominos Pizza at 9409 Westport Road, Louisville, Kentucky, who drives a grey Chevy Impala with Kentucky plate 162DEG (his phone number is 502-812-2394) is an undercover FBI drug addict who violates the civil rights of honorably discharged soldiers that have not committed any crimes in exchange for DRUG$. Therefore, Appellant formally charges him with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 373. Appellant also formally charges the person who is in charge of the FBI in Louisville, Kentucky with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 247, 1113, 1117, 2236, 1506, 373, and 2340A, as defined in section 2340.
