MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE

Appellant formally charges Charles Dickson of 1 Laurel Avenue, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 (drives a red Ford Explorer SUV with Indiana plate 72A4082 and a green Mercury Mountaneer SUV with Indiana Environmental plate 5324I) with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 247, 1113, 1117, 2236, 1506, 373, 2340A, as defined in section 2340, and Retaliation, which is strictly forbidden by the Court. He is doing these things on behalf of the CIA. (NOT ORIGINALLY INCLUDED IN THIS MOTION: Charles Dickson's parents live right around the corner from him. Take a look at his morbidly obese mother and the mother of Clint Gill (Mrs. Gill, who is married to a preacher) who lived on Esplanade Avenue in the south end of Louisville during the 1980s and 1990s and tell me what you see?)

Also, Appellant's former co-worker, Jessica Tedesco, who lives on Lunenberg Drive and works at Dominos Pizza at 9409 Westport Road, Louisville, KY poisoned me on 19DEC07. I formally charge her with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, and 2340A, as defined in Section 2340.
