MOTION FOR WAIVER OF SERVICE
Appellant formally charges the police captain who is in charge of the Meadowvale police station at 9508 Blossom Lane (between Hurstbourne Parkway and Goose Creek Road) in Meadowvale/Goose Creek (Louisville) Kentucky with Title 18 of the US Code, Sections 241, 242, 1117, and 373. This person uses his employees and their wives to carry out the just mentioned Title 18 US Code violations. If you investigate, you'll find this person is actually a JEWISH Counter Intelligence Agent who uses his police employees and their wives to carry out acts of violence made to look like an accident and conspires to murder honorably discharged soldiers who have not committed any crimes on behalf of the CIA in exchange for money to support the alchoholic monkey on his back. This person is also probably a mason, which means they spend their spare time drinking blood and participating in masonic/jewish/satanic blood rituals when he or she is not violating the civil rights of honorably discharged soldiers for DRUG$. If they are a mason, you'll find hundreds of members in their masonic lodge, none of whom are black.
